4 cell Punnet Metric – Thermoformed seedling
The ideal way to grow your vegetables in these great looking 4 cell Punnet Metric. Grow potted colour (flowers), rockeries, vegetables or herbs in these practical punnets.
Punnet Measurements…
Top length-138mm x Top width-67mm x Height-46mm)
Cell measurements – Approximately 62mm X 29mm (some cells have indents where the label slot comes out, reducing the measurements by a few millimetres.
Base design
The drainage holes consist of 2 x 6mm hole per cell on the bottom as pictured.
4 cell Punnet Metric
What does Metric mean?
In the Horticulture (Nursery) industry, Metric Punnets are referring to the width (in this case 67mm). It is metric term and basically means you can get 10 to a seedling tray, whereas a Standard (imperial) Punnet is wider and a seedling tray would only hold 8 of those.
