TRACKING
In almost all cases, a tracking number will be provided to you so that you can both track the status of your delivery, or request a status direct with the shipping company in the case of delayed or lost parcels. This tracking number will usually be sent to you via email. If an incorrect email address is provided to us by you, this tracking number may not be received by you.
DURATION OF SHIPPING
Orders will usually be sent out the next day after payment is received, or 2 working days at the most as we understand your time is important.
All of our orders sent to NZ are sent via Australia Post EXPRESS SHIPPING. Australia Post then passes it onto NZ Post to complete the delivery. Times are almost always between 3 and 6 days, but exact delivery times are a bit of a guess as we have no control over the Postal service side of things.
PAYMENT
Goods will not be sent until payment has been received. All prices quoted on this website include Shipping and GST if applicable. Any instance where a quote is requested and supplied for products or quantities that are not listed on our website may either include shipping or not – this will be clearly stated on the quote.
SHIPPING OPTIONS
At present, all orders are sent via AUST Post and NZ POST. You can enter a PO Box as your address.
WITHIN NEW ZEALAND
Products on our NZ websites are only available for shipping to New Zealand at the stated prices. Goods are being sent from SE Queensland, Australia.
STOCK HOLDING
We usually hold all the advertised items in stock, however sometimes due to unforeseen circumstances we may be out of a stock item. In that situation, we will let you know the approximate time the item will come into stock and give you the option of waiting or cancelling your order (or part order).
INFORMATION PROVIDED BY YOU

If you input this information incorrectly and it leads to a failed delivery or any other calamity, we (HT Concepts Pty Ltd) take no responsibility for any consequence that results from incorrect information supplied by you. We take no responsibility in paying any further money to remedy the consequence, however we may choose to work with you to help resolve the issue.
